The supermodel, 58, and her 62-year-old beau look to have custom-built this balmy waterfront mansion - named Casamigos, or "House of Friends" - from scratch after bulldozing an existing five-bedroom property on the prime plot, which sits on the prestigious North Bay Road. Their A-list neighbors now include Phil Collins, Shakira, Barry Gibb, fashionista Karlie Kloss and soon-to-be David and Victoria Beckham, who are reportedly secret buyers behind a pending deal on a nearby $80 million pad. The results of Cindy and Rande's vision are impressive - their stunning estate shown in these aerial images features sweeping views of sparkling Biscayne Bay and is kitted out with a large pool, sprawling sun terrace and a large deck sitting directly on the water. Swaying palm trees add to the breezy feel of the two-storey residence, which will no doubt provide a perfect family base for the Hollywood power couple and their grown up children, supermodel Kaia Gerber, 23, and 25-year-old Presley.
