It shows the 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex chatting to US celebrity chef Roy Choi in the kitchen as she helps him prepare a dish for her With Love, Meghan series. The footage aired a few hours after Meghan posted some behind the scenes footage in her Instagram feed. Choi ,55, is a Korean-American who is known for his "food that isn't fancy" outlook and as one of the founders of a gourmet food truck movement. He regularly appears on US TV cookery shows. In the clip he and Meghan,wearing matching gray aprons, talk about clubs and clubbing and he tells her they would have been great friends as they did a lot of the same things growing up in Los Angeles. A Netflix spokesperson said: “Chef Roy Choi bonds with Meghan over cooking music and growing up in Los Angeles, while teaching her a foolproof way to cook with spicy Korean flavours, in a sneak peek from With Love, Meghan.” Talking about the series, they added: “With Love, Meghan premieres March 4th. “This inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old. “Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. “She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.” OPS: Meghan Markle in the new clip from her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan in the kitchen with chef Roy Choi. Ferrari Press Agency Netflix 1 Ref 16585 27/02/2025 See Ferrari text Picture MUST credit: Meghan, Duchess of Sussex / Instagram Meghan Markle has given a sneak peek behind the scenes of her new Netflix show,  With Love The 43-year-old ex-actress posted a brief series of clips on her Instagram feed and told fans: “Six more days until our show launches on @netflix! “Celebrating the crew and everyone who helped make this happen! “The countdown begins.” At one stage she does a few dance moves. Husband Prince Harry, 40, is seen briefly leaving the house with Meghan after a shoot. The couple's beloved beagle Guy - who passed away earlier this year - also makes an appearance.  Meghan is seen sharing lighthearted moments with crew members and some of the guests that will feature on the show in teaser clips. She does some be-keeping and is shown hidden under protective clothing and hood. With Love will have eight half hour episodes which Netflix says will offer a fresh take on the lifestyle genre, blending practical tips with candid conversations.
