Pictures must credit: Neuralink A paraplegic man has been able to play computer chess by just thinking about his moves — after being fitted with a brain chip by billionaire Elon Musk’s Neuralink tech company. Noland Arbaugh, 29, from Arizona, is able to move a computer cursor and play video games just by thinking. The groundbreaking moment was shared by Musk on his social media site X. It showed Arbaugh at home in a wheelchair in front of a screen. He suffered a diving accident eight years ago that left him paralysed from the shoulders down. The clip showed him smiling as he moved the cursor around the digital chess board to move pieces merely by thought. He compared the new skill to using The Force from Star Wars.
