Glucide
► carbohidraţi buni, care sunt asimilaţi mai lent de organism (ex: fructe, legume) sau carbohidraţi răi (ex: pâine albă, ciocolată, cartofi prăjiţi, alcool, fast-food etc.).
Proteine
► de origine animală (ex: carne pui, vită, porc, curcan, peşte, ouă) sau de origine vegetală (ex: ciuperci, nuci, migdale, arahide etc.).
Lipide
► grăsimi de origine animală (ex: unt, lapte, iaurt, smântână) sau vegetală (ex: margarină).
► fibre: tărâţe, cereale integrale, fructe, legume.
7 PRINCIPII DE URMAT
1 Proteinele se combină excelent cu legumele, în special cu salată verde sau varză.
2 Laptele se consumă simplu sau cu cereale integrale ori iaurt, de preferinţă dimineaţa.
3 Nu combina proteine cu lactate şi brânzeturi sau cu fructe.
Vei simţi o stare de disconfort din cauza incompatibilităţii alimentare şi, în timp, vei lua în greutate.
4 Nu consuma proteine (ex: carne) cu produse care conţin amidon (ex. cartofi).
5 Fructele trebuie consumate separat, ca şi gustare, cu două ore înainte de masă sau după, la un interval de două, trei ore.
6 Nu mânca desert imediat după masă, pentru că ai mari şanse să te „împlineşti” mai repede decât ai crede. Dacă vrei să-ţi faci pofta, consumă desertul separat, după ce ai făcut o pauză de cel puţin o oră după ce ai mâncat.
7 Nu consuma mai multe fructe odată, pentru a nu te balona. Mai bine bucură-te de gustul fiecărui fruct în parte.
TOPUL PRODUSELOR SĂNĂTOASE
Cele mai bune alimente care conţin carbohidraţi: fulgi de ovăz, orez brun, cereale integrale, pâine integrală, paste integrale, fasole, couscous, arpacaş.
Cele mai bune alimente care conţin proteine: albuş de ou, piept de pui, piept de curcan, carne de vită, somon, cod, păstrăv, soia, brânză de vaci, iaurt, lapte.
Cele mai bune alimente care conţin grăsimi sănătoase: nuci, avocado, migdale, somon, seminţe de floarea-soarelui, ulei de cocos, ulei de măsline, ulei de soia.
NU UITA!
► Mestecă foarte bine mâncarea.
Îţi vei uşura digestia şi te vei sătura mai repede. Dacă mănânci rapid, vei avea tendinţa să consumi mai mult decât ai nevoie.
► Consumă apă sau alte lichide cu 30 de minute înainte sau după masă, nu în timpul acesteia.
