Cum se consumă corect fructele?
Bineînțeles, ca orice alt aliment, și fructele trebuie consumate cu moderație pentru a preveni îngreunarea digestiei, apariția crampelor abdominale, formarea gazelor intestinale ori alte semne de disconfort.
- Fructele pot fi consumate pe post de gustare între orele 11:00 – 16:00, 17:00;
- Fructele nu trebuie să înlocuiască o masă a zilei deoarece ele nu țin de foame, conțin zahăr, iar acesta din urmă se poate transforma ușor în grăsimi dacă faci exerciții fizice;
Fructele sunt recomandate spre consum cu 30 de minute înainte de masă ori între mese, pe stomacul gol; - După masă, un singur fruct consumat nu duce la balonare, în timp ce două sau mai multe fructe pot crea senzații de disconfort la nivel abdominal;
- Fructele nu sunt recomandate seara, înainte de culcare deoarece pot îngrășa ori îți pot da energie și nu te mai poți odihni corespunzător;
- Pentru a evita creșterea acidității în stomac, mai ales dacă suferi de gastrită ori alte probleme stomacale, este indicat să consumi fructe fierte.
