REGIM DE SLABIT
DIMINEATA: – 60 g paine (doua felii de paine), 10 g unt, sunca slaba, pastrama, ceai, cafea cu sau fara lapte, fara zahar sau cu indulcitor sintetic
PRANZ: 1- salata de cruditati cu 1 lingura de ulei de orice fel 2- supa de legume sau legume fierte la abur fara ulei 3- o mana de orez sau paste 4- 150 g peste sau carne slaba la gratar 5- branza slaba sau iaurt 6- fructe in cantitate limitata: 10 boabe de struguri sau 1 portocala sau 1 mar sau 1 banana sau un pahar de zmeura 7- o felie de paine Cele 7 puncte pot fi luate impreuna sau se poate sari peste unul sau doua
SEARA: Acelasi lucru ca la pranz
ATENTIE: DE DOUA ORI PE SAPTAMANA SE POATE CONSUMA COLA LIGHT DACA SE SIMTE PREA MULT NEVOIA DE DULCE; CARTOFUL, SMANTANA, ALCOOLUL si ZAHARUL SUNT TOTAL INTERZISE!
STRUCTURA DIETEI REGULI:
– Se vor manca obligatoriu 3 mese / zi, pe cat posibil la ore fixe si cu un interval de maximum 6 ore intre 2 mese.
– Intre mese nu se va manca absolut nimic (se pot bea doar lichide din categoria celor permise);
– Gustarile atunci cand sunt recomandate pot fi intre mese si vor consta din fructe proaspete;
– Se vor bea zilnic minimum 7 – 8 pahare de lichide: apa plata sau minerala, ceai si cafea cu indulcitori, bauturi “light” (Coca – Cola, Pepsi, Prigat);
– Nu se va consuma nici un fel de suc de fructe, nici chiar cele fara adaos de zahar sau cele proaspat stoarse. Exceptie face sucul de rosii permis in cantitate de 1 pahar / zi.
– Pentru cafea nu se va folosi lapte condensat, ci lapte proaspat, degresat (1,5% grasime);
– Mancati cat mai des la restaurant comandand bineinteles doar alimentele permise si evitand antreurile si desertul;
– Nu consumati alcool nici macar in cantitate mica.
MICUL DEJUN ora 7.00 – 9.00. Reprezinta 25% din necesarul caloric zilnic.
Continut:
– 1 aliment din grupa glucidelor lente;
– 1 aliment din grupa proteinelor (lapte, carne sau ou);
– legume proaspete.
Glucide lente:
– 1 felie paine (franzela alba sau paine patrata) prajita sau proaspata = 80 calorii;
– 1 chifla alba = 170 calorii;
– 40 g. fulgi cereale = 150 calorii;
Proteine:
– 1 cana mare cu lapte (1,5% grasime) = 120 calorii;
– 1 iaurt mic Danone natural (3% grasime) = 70 calorii;
– 1 iaurt mic Vitalinea (0% grasime) = 55 calorii;
– 1 iaurt de baut Danone (370 grame) = 180 calorii; Iaurtul de baut are acelasi numar de calorii cu laptele batut, Sana sau Kefir.
– 1 branzica de casa Covalact (200 grame) = 240 calorii;
– branza de vaci – slaba (½ pachet 200g) = 90 calorii; – grasa (½ pachet 200g) = 140 calorii;
– 1 Mozarella proaspata (100 grame) = 300 calorii;
– 1 ou fiert / prajit fara ulei / ochi romanesc = 80 calorii;
– 2 felii muschi file, pastrama de vita, porc sau pui, piept de pui afumat sau sunca de curcan = 150 calorii;
– 1 cremwurst = 150 calorii;
– 2 felii somon afuman (40 grame) = 80 calorii; Legume proaspete – vor fi calculate la valoarea aproximativa de 50 calorii / portie, 1 portie reprezentand:
– 1 rosie sau 1 castravete sau ½ ardei sau 3 masline negre sau 8 masline verzi sau 5 ridichi.
ATENTIE!
– 1 lingurita zahar = 40 calorii;
– 1 cana cacao cu lapte = 200 calorii;
– 1 lingura miere = 400 calorii.
DEJUNUL ora 13.00 – 14.00. Reprezinta 40% din necesarul caloric zilnic.
Continut:
– 1 aliment din grupa proteinelor (carne);
– 1 aliment din grupa glucidelor lente;
– legume.
Proteine:
– carne slaba de vita (1 portie mare 200 grame) = 400 calorii;
– muschi de porc 2 felii sau ½ muschiulet de porc (150 grame) = 350 calorii;
– ½ piept pui (150 grame) = 240 calorii;
– 1 pulpa pui (125 grame) = 200 calorii;
– 2 felii ficat porc / vita (150 grame) = 180 calorii;
– 1 portie ficatei de pui (5 – 6 buc.) = 180 calorii;
– 1 file peste alb (150 grame) = 180 calorii;
– 1 file somon proaspat (200 grame) = 280 calorii.
– 1 conserva peste (ton) in suc propriu sau sos tomat (170 grame) = 150 calorii
Carnea se va pregati doar la gratar, fiarta, la cuptor (fara adaos de ulei), la rotisor. Pielea de pui si de curcan nu se consuma.
Glucide lente:
– 1 felie paine alba = 80 calorii;
– 1 cartof copt sau fiert = 100 calorii;
– 3 linguri orez sau paste fierte = 100 calorii;
– 3 linguri mamaliga = 100 calorii;
-3 linguri mazare sau fasole boabe = 100 calorii. Legume – vor fi calculate la valoarea aproximativa de 100 calorii / portie, 1 portie reprezentand:
– 7 – 8 linguri legume fierte, la cuptor sau la gratar: morcov, telina, dovlecei, vinete, fasole verde, ciuperci, ardei gras, rosii, varza, conopida, broccoli, ceapa, praz, sparanghel, spanac. Legumele pot fi in prealabil proaspete, congelate sau in conserva.
– 1 portie salata de sfecla;
– 1 salata mare de legume proaspete: salata verde, rosii, castraveti, ardei gras, varza alba sau rosie, ceapa, morcov, telina, ridichi, andive.
Se asezoneaza cu unul din sosurile de mai jos:
– sos vinegreta:1 lingurita ulei de masline+ 2 lingurite otet sau aceto balsamico +optional 2 lingurite mustar+sare+piper+ierburi aromate;
– sos de iaurt:2 linguri iaurt+2 lingurite mustar+2 lingurite zeama de lamaie sau aceto balsamico +1 galbenus ou fiert+sare+piper+ierburi aromate.
ATENTIE!
– daca peste salata se presara 1 lingura de boabe de porumb sau 1 lingura de parmezan ras se adauga inca 50 calorii la portie;
– 1 lingurita ulei de masline sau de floarea soarelui = 45 calorii;
– 1 lingura de smantana = 50 calorii;
– muraturile in otet sau saramura reprezinta doar 50 calorii / portie.
Condimente permise:
– sare, piper, usturoi, ardei iute, vegeta, cuburi Maggi si Knorr, toate ierburile aromate si toate amestecurile aromate, zeama de lamaie, vin, otet, bere, bulion.
CINA ora 18.00 – 20.00. Reprezinta 35% din necesarul caloric zilnic.
Continut: acelasi cu dejunul.
GUSTARI ora 11.00 sau 17.00 sau 21.00.
– 1 produs lactat
– 1 cana mare lapte = 120 calorii;
– 1 cana lapte batut sau iaurt de baut = 180 calorii; sau fructe proaspete
– 1 mar = 80 calorii;
– 1 para = 90 calorii;
– 1 portocala = 60 calorii;
– 1 grapefruit = 90 calorii;
– 1 banana = 130 calorii;
– 1 felie ananas proaspat = 15 calorii;
– 1 kiwi = 40 calorii;
– 4 felii pepene galben sau 2 felii pepene rosu = 50 calorii
