Dupa Sarbatori, nasturii nu se mai inchid la fel de usor ca inainte, iar hainele largute parca au devenit mulate. Dieta e prima solutie care ne vine in minte. Incepem sa renuntam la paine sau la dulciuri, trecem pe fructe si iaurturi, ne intrebam prietenele ce regimuri urmeaza… Ce mai, o intreaga tevatura!
Marile probleme de care ne lovim insa vrand sa slabim rapid sunt faptul ca ne simtim incontinuu infometate si, in plus, daca urmam un regim drastic, riscam sa punem la loc tot ce am dat jos. Care ar fi solutia? Noi ne-am gandit la o dieta mai de durata si ceva mai usor de tinut, pentru a nu face o trecere brusca de la mesele imbelsugate la apa plata cu lamaie. Am ales programul Scarsdale de 14 zile, pe care vi-l redam:
Micul dejun – valabil pentru fiecare zi:
-1/2 grepfrut (sau 1/2 cana ananas taiat bucati/1/2 mango/ o felie pepene galben);
-o felie de paine integrala, fara unt;
-cafea sau ceai fara zahar, lapte, frisca.
Luni:
– la pranz, carne rece, rosii fierte sau inabusite. Pentru cina: peste/ fructe de mare, salata din legume si verdeturi, o felie paine integrala, grepfrut.
MARTI:
– la pranz, salata de fructe, iar la cina, carne slaba la gratar cu rosii, salata verde, telina, masline, castraveti.
MIERCURI:
-la pranz, salata de ton sau somon cu ulei si lamaie + grepfrut sau pepene galben, iar seara, friptura de miel fara grasime (ori peste, fructe de mare, pui, curcan), salata de rosii, castraveti, telina si salata verde.
JOI:
– la pranz, oua de orice fel, branza de vaci fara grasime, rosii inabusite ori putina fasole, o felie de paine integrala. La cina: pui inabusit sau la gratar (fara grasime si piele), spanac, ardei, fasole.
VINERI:
– la pranz, cateva felii de branzeturi, spanac si o felie paine integrala. Pentru cina: peste + salata din legume proaspete si o felie paine integrala.
SIMBÅTÅ:
– la pranz, salata de fructe, iar la cina – friptura de pui sau curcan la gratar cu salata verde si rosii + grepfrut.
DUMINICÅ:
– la pranz, pui sau curcan la gratar, rosii, morcovi, varza gatita, broccoli sau conopida si grepfrut. Seara: carne de vitel fiarta, salata de telina, castraveti, salata verde, rosii.
In a doua saptamana se repeta acelasi meniu din fiecare zi. Daca dupa aceasta dieta mai ai nevoie sa slabesti, fa o pauza de doua saptamani si abia apoi reia programul.
Reguli:
-mananca exact ce scrie in meniu. Nu face inlocuiri;
-nu bea alcool; – singurele bauturi permise sunt cafeaua, ceaiul, apa, sucurile dietetice;
-intre mese poti manca morcovi, telina;
-prepara salatele fara ulei, maioneza sau sosuri. Foloseste doar lamaie si otet;
-toata carnea trebuie sa fie slaba;
-nu e necesar sa mananci tot ce scrie pe lista, dar nu adauga si nu schimba nimic.

Dana Savuica ne recomanda salata iceberg
Dana Savuica nu s-a confruntat niciodata cu probleme mari in privinta siluetei. A avut mereu grija sa manance sanatos, iar daca a simtit vreodata nevoia de regim, a mancat numai carne la gratar, in general vita, peste si pui.
Acum, vedeta isi mentine silueta mergand foarte des la sala, la Radu Fitness International. “Cand vreau sa slabesc, am grija sa nu mananc aiurea. Prefer salatele, pentru ca sunt usor de preparat. Preferata mea este salata iceberg, pentru ca e putin mai dulce si mai crocanta fata de celelalte. O prefer preparata cu ulei, lamaie si piept de pui la gratar, fara maioneza”, spune vedeta. In ceea ce priveste fructele, Dana se declara mai mult un fan al compoturilor. Ii plac cele de piersici, caise si ananas.
Sfatul nutritionistului:fara dulciuri si fast-food
Daniela Ivanov, consultant imagine si nutritie, ne spune ce putem face pentru a da jos cateva kilograme fara un regim drastic.
“Un program alimentar sanatos cuprinde zilnic trei mese principale si doua gustari. Micul dejun e obligatoriu si trebuie sa fie consistent: o felie de paine neagra cu o felie de sunca sau cu branza degresata, un fruct sau un suc de fructe, cafea sau ceai fara zahar. La gustarea de la ora 11.00 puteti manca fructe sau iaurt. Pranzul va contine cat mai multe legume crude, o salata mare stropita cu lamaie si putin ulei de masline, servita langa o bucata de carne slaba (de preferat peste, pui, curcan). La 16.00, din nou fructe sau iaurt. Cina se mananca inainte de ora 19.00 si va fi cat se poate de usoara. Nu e bine sa eliminati grasimile pentru ca organismul are nevoie de ele. E bine sa le selectati, sa le preferati pe cele din uleiurile vegetale, grasimea din peste sau pasare si sa renuntati la carnea de porc si la mezeluri. Si branzeturile grase trebuie inlocuite cu cele degresate. Dulciurile facute cu zahar rafinat si cu faina integrala sunt alimente pe care ar fi bine sa le uitati. La fel sa procedati si cu produsele de patiserie, cu biscuitii, cu fursecurile, snack-uri sau mancarea tip fast-food. Nu e bine sa va feriti total de carbohidrati, dar produsele care contin zahar rafinat si faina alba sunt dusmanii siluetei. Beti multa apa, renuntati la alcool si bauturi carbogazoase.”
