Probabil ca ai tot auzit vorbindu-se de stretching pana acum, insa ai avut curiozitatea sa il si practici?
Nu este o fita, in aproape toate salile de fitness ti-e recomandat sa-l faci fie inainte si dupa exercitiile fizice (inainte pentru incalzirea musculaturii, iar dupa, pentru relaxare), fie ca sport de sine statator.
Stretchingul asistat se bazeaza pe miscari sigure, prin care se izoleaza zone precise, care apoi se intind. Odata obtinuta pozitia optima, intinderea este mentinuta de terapeut cam doua secunde, apoi se elibereaza si se repeta miscarea de 8-10 ori. Sunt vizate toate articulatiile si toate grupele musculare.
La ce e bun stretchingul? Conform specialistilor, acesta creste mobilitatea, stimuleaza circulatia si transportul oxigenului si al nutrientilor la nivel celular, reduce stresul si riscul intinderilor ori rupturilor musculare.
Ca sa ne convingem de toate astea, am insotit-o la o ora de stretching asistat pe Daiana Anghel, prezentatoarea stirilor sportive de la sport.ro. Ne-a exemplificat miscarile de baza kinetoterapeutul Anamaria Cordea, instructor de fitness si aerobic la World Class Health Academy Jolie Ville, din Pipera.
Aceasta pozitie lucreaza muschii pectorali si cvadricepsii. Stai pe burta si incearca sa iti prinzi picioarele cu mainile, ajutata de instructor.
Aceasta pozitie intinde muschiul cvadriceps. Stai culcata pe burta, cu coatele sprijinite pe sol, iar instructorul indoaie piciorul pana cand calcaiul atinge fesierul.
Aceasta pozitie e recomandata pentru fese si marele dorsal. Stai in fund, cu picioarele intinse si ridici un picior peste cela-lalt, iar cu bratul opus impinge pe genunchi.
Muschii pectorali sunt foarte bine intinsi in aceasta pozitie. Instructorul incearca sa traga de brate pana la limita durerii.
O pozitie buna pentru muschii pectorali si cei ai umarului. Instructo-rul incear-ca sa-ti traga bratele cat mai in spate cu putinta.
O pozitie indicata pen-tru flexorul coapsei si muschii fesieri. Stai pe saltea,cu genunchii la piept. Instructorul apasa usor sub genunchi.
Aceasta pozitie intinde muschii fesieri si lombari. Stai intinsa pe spate, cu mainile pe langa corp. Instructorul tine o mana pe umar, iar cu cealalta apasa piciorul indoit.
Un exercitiu care lucreaza bicepsul femural. Instructorul intinde un picior pana la limita durerii. Celalalt picior se mentine la sol, drept.
