TOPUL CELOR MAI BUNE 10 ALIMENTE
Branza topita. O felie contine circa 125 de miligrame de calciu ce ajuta la intarirea oaselor;
Morcovul – e una dinlegumele cele mai bogate in vitamine;
Cartofii copti. Sunt mult mai bogati in potasiu si fibre vegetale, in comparatie cu cei prajiti. Mai mult, cartofii copti contin putine grasimi;
Cerealele. Acest produs constituie o sursa importanta de vitamine si minerale, inclusiv fier si vitamina B, care ajuta la refacerea celulelor;
Ciocolata cu lapte. Aroma suplimentara care o confera praful de ciocolata va face laptele sa para mai apetisant. Si, contrar credintei populare, ciocolata nu modifica semnificativ absorbtia calciului din lapte de organism;
Ouale. Omleta contine proteine care ajuta la cladirea si refacerea musculaturii, precum si vitamina D, utila la absorbtia de calciu in organism;
Carnea tocata, de vita. Este o sursa de baza de proteine, fier si zinc;
Ketchupul. Pasta de tomate este o arma naturala deosebit de eficienta impotriva cancerului;
Sucul natural de portocale. E unul din produsele cele mai nutritive si contine un mare procent de vitamina C si potasiu;
Iaurtul. E foarte bogat in calciu si ajuta la mentinerea sanatatii intestinale.
TOPUL CELOR MAI RELE 10 ALIMENTE
Nuggets-urile. Aceste produse, din pui, au invadat deja fast-food-urile, aflandu-se in topul preferintelor copiilor. Din pacate, contin multe grasimi. Consumarea lor impreuna cu sosurile alaturi de care se servesc pot duce la cresterea tensiunii;
Chipsurile. Produsul contine o multime de grasimi, sodiu, fara a avea insa caloriile atat de necesare organismului;
Gogosile. Majoritatea gogosilor de pe piata sunt pline de grasimi care se depun pe artere. In plus, e bine de stiut ca o gogoasa are intre 200 si 300 de calorii si foarte putine substante nutritive;
Cartofii prajiti. Din pacate, acestia reprezinta unul dintre cele mai populare feluri de mancare, chiar daca ei contin multe grasimi si putine vitamine;
Fructe deshidratate. Fructele uscate contin foarte putine fibre, putine vitamine si mult zahar;
Hot-dogs. Crenvurstii normali sunt bogati in grasimi, contin mult sodiu si putine proteine si calorii;
Sucurile. Majoritatea racoritoarelor de pe piata contin maximum 10% suc natural. Aceste bauturi sunt alcatuite din apa si indulcitori. Nu va lasati pacaliti de inscriptiile de genul: ,,100% grape-fruit,,, ,,100% pere,, sau ,,100% mere,,. Multe din substantele hranitoare au fost inlocuite de concentrati;
Mancarea semipreparata. Contine o mare cantitate de grasimi, sodiu si zaharuri;
Bauturile carbogazoase. O doza de 330 ml de bautura carbogazoasa echivaleaza cu o lingura de zahar. Iar consumul repetat al acestor bauturi poate duce la obezitate si la aparitia cariilor dentare.
Painea prajita din comert. Contine multe grasimi.
