Tot timpul auzim ca avem nevoie de vitamine. Medicii ne recomanda cure de vitamine – in special primavara si toamna, nutritionistii ne sfatuiesc sa le “extragem” din fructe si legume in timpul dietelor. Este clar ca ne sunt necesare si ca fara ele nu vom “functiona” cum trebuie, dar la ce anume ajuta fiecare? Iata cateva din beneficiile lor si sursele naturale care ne pot asigura necesarul zilnic de vitamine A, B, C, D si E.
VITAMINA A este esentiala pentru sanatatea parului, unghiilor si ochilor. Ajuta la prevenirea si vindecarea dermatitelor, impiedica uscarea pielii, formarea matretii si a ridurilor. Este indispensabila unei bune circulatii sanguine. In lipsa ei tenul devine mat, poate aparea acneea si se instaleaza oboseala. Sursele naturale de vitamina A sunt: lactatele, ouale, morcovii, salata, varza, rosiile, papaya, pepenele galben.
Complexul de VITAMINE B este esential pentru o piele sanatoasa si pentru pastrarea aspectului tanar. Totodata ajuta la intarzierea albirii firelor de par. In plus combate stresul. In cazul deficitului de vitamine B parul se ingrasa, devine tern si uneori se albeste prematur, apare matreata, pielea se usuca si crapa, pe fata se instaleaza iritatia, roseata si ridurile premature, se inflameaza tesutul din jurul gurii si nasului. Ca sa prevenim toate acestea e bine sa consumam grau, cereale, nuci, spanac, salata, broccoli, carne, ficat.
VITAMINA C, in combinatie cu proteinele, e necesara pentru productia de colagen – substanta responsabila pentru elasticitatea pielii. In plus, regleaza glandele sebacee pentru a impiedica uscarea pielii, previne degradarea parului, creste rezistenta la infectii si ajuta la vindecarea ranilor. In combinatie cu bioflavoinoidele, vitamina C impiedica transformarea bronzului in pete de batranete, previne sangerarea gingiilor si intareste vasele capilare pentru a impiedica aparitia venulelor si invinetirea dupa lovituri usoare.
Surse naturale de vitamina C: broccoli, varza, ardeii grasi, spanacul, salata verde, rosiile, citricele, pepenele galben, kiwi. Flavonoide contin afinele, murele, ciresele, strugurii.
VITAMINA D ne mentine dintii, oasele si unghiile in buna stare, ajutand la asimilarea calciului si fosforului (primele semne de deficienta sunt cariile dentare). Laptele, ficatul de vita, somonul, tonul si untul sunt surse de vitamina D.
VITAMINA E incetineste procesul de imbatranire, imbunatateste circulatia si grabeste vindecarea ranilor. Insa este contraindicata o cura sustinuta de vitamina E in cazul in care suferiti de diabet, hipertensiune sau aveti probleme cu tiroida (trebuie neaparat consultat un medic inainte). Surse naturale de vitamina E sunt painea integrala, graul, laptele, sparanghelul, broccoli, varza de Bruxelles, untul, galbenusul de ou, ficatul, maslinele, soia, semintele de floarea-soarelui, nucile si uleiurile vegetale.
