Profesionistii care practica aerobicele spun ca exercitiile de acest tip nu au nici un efect daca nu sunt facute corect. Sportivii care fac schimb de experienta pe forumul site-ului “www.getfit.ro” va ofera “reteta” ideala pentru practicarea exercitiilor aerobice:
– Inainte de inceperea exercitiului se face o scurta incalzire, se atinge apoi treptat pulsul dorit, iar la sfarsit se revine usor la pulsul normal.
– Exercitiile aerobice au efect maxim daca sunt facute dimineata, imediat dupa trezire, pe burta goala. Sportivii au constatat ca asa se ard mai multe calorii, iar organismul, nefiind “incarcat” cu glucide, arde mai multe grasimi.
– Exista un tip de antrenament care, prin controlul pulsului, aduce beneficii substantiale pentru sanatate. Mai ales atunci cand se urmareste scaderea in greutate si tonifierea muschilor. Denumit “interval training”, exercitiile maresc si scad intensitatea pulsului cu un efort mai mic per total.
– Incepe sedinta la o intensitate foarte mica pentru incalzire.
– Creste la o intensitate medie pentru 3 minute.
– Creste si mai mult intensitatea pentru un minut.
– La inceput, cand nu ai antrenament, mentine doar pana apare senzatia de arsura in muschi. Acesta e un semn ca se ard mai multe glucide in loc de grasimi.
– Dupa minutul cu puls maxim se revine la o intensitate moderata, si tot asa.
– Exercitiul trebuie incheiat cu 5 minute la o intensitate mica, pentru revenire.
– Sunt considerate exercitii aerobice toate sporturile cu mingea, inotul, jogging-ul, gimnastica pe ritmuri muzicale, pedalatul la bicicleta, alergatul pe banda, impinsul la stepper-e si exercitiile la aparatele eliptice
Cum va calculati pulsul maxim
Pentru a controla cat mai bine exercitiul, e bine ca aparatul achizitionat sa aiba un sistem de masurare a pulsului. Incepatorii trebuie sa lucreze la 50-60% din pulsul maxim. Intermediarii si avansatii, la 70%-85% din pulsul maxim.
Pulsul maxim se determina scazand varsta din numarul 200. O femeie de 25 de ani va avea pulsul maxim la 175 de batai pe minut. Daca este incepatoare, in timpul exercitiilor va trebui sa aiba 50% din aceasta valoare, adica 87 batai pe minut.
Avansatii pot aplica metoda “interval training”, la 90% din pulsul maxim (pentru 30-60 secunde), iar apoi mai incet, la 50-60% din pulsul maxim (pentru un minut sau doua). Aceasta metoda e foarte eficienta pentru cresterea metabolismului si accelereaza arderea grasimilor. Inainte de practicarea acestui tip de antrenament, cereti insa si parerea medicului de familie.
La inceput exercitiul trebuie sa dureze zece minute, dar dupa perioada de acomodare, sedintele de aerobic trebuie sa dureze intre 20 si 60 de minute. Si aceasta pentru ca grasimile se “ard” numai daca exercitiul aerobic dureaza mai mult de 20 de minute.
