Din pacate retetele-minune sau pastilele de slabit nu actioneaza singure. Ele trebuie dublate de aceeasi formula: dieta si sport, prin dieta intelegand supravegherea permanenta a alimentatiei (in sensul incadrarii intr-o limita de calorii, dar si de produse permise).
Se pune problema: “Cum reusesc sa ma mobilizez cu adevarat pentru a practica frecvent sportul?”. Mai ales ca abonamentele la sala sau piscine sunt accesibile, exercitiile pentru abdomen se pot practica acasa, jogging-ul nu costa aproape nimic (cu exceptia pantofilor, care trebuie sa fie comozi si de calitate).
Majoritatea celor care au reusit sa-si schimbe radical look-ul prin adoptarea unui nou program de viata si-au recapatat increderea in sine si si-au schimbat cursul vietii. Ei spun ca lucrurile sunt mai profunde decat par la prima vedere si nu exista o cale de mijloc. Nu poti tine doar 3 luni dieta, dupa care sa revii la vechiul stil de alimentatie cu dulciuri, grasimi, paine. In felul acesta risti sa-ti transfomi corpul intr-un acordeon, slabind si ingrasandu-te incontinuu. In momentul in care te-ai hotarat ca asa arati si te simti cel mai bine, trebuie sa-ti pastrezi formula de intretinere sanatoasa toata viata. Problema care intervine aici e motivatia care sa te ajute sa sustii acest nou mod de viata, deloc comod intr-o lume plina de tentatii, mai ales daca ai un serviciu care te solicita sau traversezi perioade dramatice in plan personal.
Psihologii spun ca pentru a fi suficient de motivat sa te indrepti dupa serviciu catre sala de sport si nu catre o masa copioasa luata in fata televizorului, trebuie sa identifici in primul rand “obstacolele”.
Exista o serie de probleme medicale care ne “impiedica” – afectiuni ca-re limiteaza miscarile, cum ar fi durerile reumatice, afectiuni ale coloanei, probleme cardiace etc -, dar care se pot ameliora sub indrumarea unui medic, prin practicare regulata a sportului. Mai sunt o serie de alte afectiuni pe care nu stim ca le avem si care induc o asa-zisa lene, cum ar fi disfunctiile hormonale (afectiuni ale tiroidei, nivel scazut de testosteron), apneea din timpul somnului, insomniile. Apoi starile depresive, problemele legate de instabilitatea nivelului insulinei si glicemiei, precum si alergiile alimentare si diverse probleme din sfera digestiva. Aceste probleme induc o stare de vlaguire, de oboseala, dar partea buna e ca practicarea sportului si o dieta sanatoasa ne ajuta de fapt sa invingem aceste simptome si chiar sa amelioram boala de fond.
In plus, oamenii sunt constransi si de alte situatii, cum ar fi de exemplu nemultumirea in relatia cu partenerul de viata. Conflictele, gelozia, starea permanenta de stres sau din contra, monotonia, ii pot “paraliza” pe unii si ii pot determina sa abandoneze un astfel de program. Psihologii sustin ca mobilizarea de a adopta un nou stil de viata i-ar ajuta de fapt sa-si infrunte problemele de cuplu si chiar sa gaseasca o solutie mai buna de comunicare cu partenerul.
In ceea ce priveste dieta, specialistii spun ca cel mai bun ritm de a slabi este cel lent, dar sigur. Chiar daca la inceput dieta e mai drastica, ea trebuie reglata dupa primele saptamani, astfel incat sa se apropie de necesitatile zilnice ale unei hraniri zilnice. Proteine de buna calitate (peste, pui, curcan), seminte (cat mai putin prelucrate), cereale, uleiuri vegetale, in special de masline, fructe mai putin dulci, legume aproape fara restrictii – atentie doar la combinatii intre proteine, cartofi si orez!. Din dieta zilnica a celor care se ingrasa repede trebuie sa dispara painea alba, dulciurile rafinate, batoanele de ciocolata, inghetata, bauturile acidulate indulcite, grasimile. In ziua de azi isi fac loc pe piata tot mai asiduu produsele “light”, in special lactate si cereale, o oferta foarte interesanta mai ales pentru “fostii” gurmanzi, care au nevoie de o anumita cantitate de alimente pentru a simti ca se satura.
