Fanii "Game Of Thrones" au iniţiat o petiţie prin care solicită ca al optulea sezon al seriei TV să fie refăcut, fiind dezamăgiți de ultimele episoade ale serialului lansat în anul 2011. Între timp, două imagini postate de HBO înainte de difuzarea episodului final fac vâlvă pe internet.
Fanii din toată lumea susţin că "Game Of Thrones" merită un sezon final care are sens și au semnat o petiție creată pe Change.org pentru a schimba deznodământul dramei epico-fantastice. Peste 247.000 de persoane au semnat această petiție până joi dimineaţă, potrivit Daily Mail.
Petiţia vine la scurt timp după difuzarea penultimului episod al seriei TV, care a fost intens criticat de fani. ''David Benioff şi D.B. Weiss s-au dovedit a fi scenarişti teribil de incompetenţi în lipsa materialului sursă'', se arată în mesajul care însoţeşte petiţia.
Apelul făcut de fanii "Game of Throne" către postul HBO este cât se poate de direct: "Această serie merită un sezon final care are sens".
HBO nu a răspuns fanilor serialului, în schimb, postul a publicat, înainte de difuzarea ultimului episod din "Game of Throne" pe 19 mai, două imagini cu ce urmează să se întâmple în cel de-al şaselea episod din cel de-al optulea sezon.
În prima imagine se poate vedea cum Daenerys se pregătește să aibă un discurs în fața armatei și privește spre Kings Landing care încă fumegă.
În a doua imagine apare Tyrion stând în fața unui morman de moloz.
În timp ce unii fani ai serialului sunt nemulțumiți de finalul "Game Of Thrones", alții iau lucrurile mai ușor și fac haz de necaz postând pe rețelele de socializare tot felul de meme-uri haioase.
