In cazul femeilor, insomniile sunt mult mai persistente, dar specialistii sustin ca sunt o multime de sfaturi care, puse in aplicare sistematic, te pot ajuta sa rezolvi problema. Iata cateva trucuri ce te ajuta sa ai un somn mai odihnitor:
Cina trebuie sa fie cat mai light
Dulciurile, mancarea tip fast-food si mesele copioase in prag de seara solicita sistemul digestiv, iar asta atrage insomnia. De aceea, nutritionistii recomanda ca cina sa constea in alimente cat mai dietetice, cu continut scazut de glucide si carbohidrati, pe care sa le consumi cu cel putin o ora inainte de a merge la culcare.
Relaxarea, un factor important pentru un somn odihnitor
Seara, inainte de a merge la somn, este indicata o baie fierbine (cu spuma, uleiuri esentiale sau sare amara), un masaj, un ceai sau o cana de lapte fierbinte. Acestea te vor ajuta sa te relaxezi, dat fiind ca pe parcursul zilei, corpul se resimte, iar daca mergi la somn cu stres, griji sau anxietate, nu vei avea somn odihnitor. Cand te pui in pat, inainte de a inchide ochii, ar fi bine sa te concentrezi pe lucruri pozitive, de natura sa relaxeze intregul corp.
Rutina de seara te ajuta sa iti reglezi ceasul biologic
Altfel spus, daca ziua ai un program, de ce nu ti-ai face unul si seara? Rutina este importanta pentru ceasul intern al organismului, iar daca iti creezi un program pe care sa il urmezi zilnic, corpul va primi semnale ca este timpul pentru somn.
Evita gadgeturile si lumina
Studiile oamenilor de stiinta au relevat faptul ca lumina emisa de aparatele electonice (in special, telefonul) intarzie aparitia somnului. In mod normal, corpul uman este construit sa adoarma doar daca este intuneric total si liniste, iar orice sursa de perturbare il afecteaza.
De cealalta parte, absenta luminii este un factor care creeaza somnolenta, deoarece se stimuleaza melatonina, hormon care te face sa fii mai somnoros. Si lumina calda, precum cea rosiatica, ce simuleaza apusul, ii indica organismului ca e vremea de somn.
Creeaza-ti mediul perfect pentru somn
Altfel spus, un dormitor aerisit, intunecat si linistit trebuie completat de o pereche de pijamale dama din bumbac ieftine, dar de calitate, din material superior, si o lenjerie de pat cu miros placut (lavanda este o buna idee). Din cele mai vechi timpuri, tarile orientale au folosit ginsengul ca sedativ natural, ar oamenii de stiinta au raportat ca administrarea extractului de ginseng rosu a sporit somnul REM (definit prin miscarea rapida a ochilor) si somnul NREM (non REM), in studiile efectuate pe animale. In plus, ginsengul stimuleaza capacitatea de invatare, iar suplimentele cu aceasta planta pot fi luate in perioadele stresante, in perioadele de recuperare, in caz de oboseala.
