Pentru a ne reface complet fizic si psihic si a ne reincarca bateriile, specialistii spun ca avem nevoie de cel putin opt ore de somn. E important, de asemenea, sa respectam si un program strict de odihna.
Un somn bun nu este un lux, ci o necesitate. Pentru un somn linistit si odihnitor, este indicat sa respectati un anumit program, iar in weekend sa nu va culcati mai tarziu decat de obicei. Daca o sa adormiti la aceeasi ora in fiecare seara veti constata ca nu veti mai avea nevoie de ceas desteptator. Iata cateva sfaturi care va vor ajuta sa va treziti dimineata bine dispusi si pregatiti pentru o noua zi.
Dormiti cel putin opt ore
-Dormiti numai noaptea! Daca totusi simtiti nevoia sa inchideti ochii in timpul zilei, nu faceti acest lucru mai mult de 20 de minute.
– Nu mancati si nu consumati multe lichide cu doua ore inainte de merge la culcare. Altfel, va veti trezi cel putin o data in timpul noptii, buimaci pe drumul catre toaleta. De asemenea, nu va desfatati la cina cu mancaruri condimentate sau bogate in grasimi, deoarece acestea cauzeaza arsuri la stomac. Seara renuntati la bauturile alcoolice, la gustarile nocturne, la cofeina si nicotina.
-Mentineti linistea din jur in timpul noptii. Opriti radioul si televizorul sau orice aparat care produce zgomot.
Pentru a acoperi alte sunete, cum ar fi cele de pe strada sau certurile vecinilor, puneti-va tampoane in urechi.
-Creati-va conditii pentru odihna. O camera aerisita si cu o temperatura constanta de 20 de grade e ideala pentru un somn bun.
-O saltea confortabila, un asternut curat si parfumat si o perna comoda e tot ce aveti nevoie si deja pleoapele se inchid. Daca nu adormiti in 15 minute, sculati-va, nu va chinuiti sa adormiti pentru ca acest stres il va impiedica pe Mos Ene sa va viziteze.
-Relaxati-va in apa inainte de culcare. O baie cu spumant sau cu uleiuri aromatizate va va improspata si va va relaxa. Aveti insa grija sa nu adormiti in cada! De asemenea, un masaj e foarte indicat.
-Faceti exercitii fizice. Mersul cu bicicleta, cu rolele sau jogging-ul va pun sangele in miscare si va obosesc.
Galbenul este odihnitor, rosul in exces agita
Culorile pozitive din mediul ambiant au efecte magice asupra psihicului. Inconjurati-va deci de culori placute, calde.
O combinatie armonioasa de nuante in camera de odihna va va reconforta si va alunga tensiunea acumulata peste zi. Renuntati la clasicul asternut alb si cufundati-va in cearceafuri bej, portocalii, bleu, galbene sau verzui. Nu abuzati insa de culori precum rosu, care va poate agita.
