MARTI

Prânz: piept de pui la grătar sau fiert, o salată de legume (salată verde, spanac, ţelină, sfeclă, roşii, castraveţi, ceapă verde, ridichi etc.).
Gustare: un ceai de slăbit.
Cină: un cartof (mediu) fiert, cu salată (roşii, castraveţi, ridichi, ceapă verde) şi o felie de caş.
MIERCURI
Mic dejun: 200 ml lapte semidegresat (1,5% grăsime), un ou fiert tare, o felie de pâine integrală, prăjită, cu o felie de caş.
Gustare: un kiwi.
Prânz: legume gătite la cuptor, cu peşte slab la grătar sau înăbuşit.
Gustare: un iaurt dietetic cu un fruct.
Cină: ciuperci la grătar cu salată (roşii, castraveţi, ridichi, ceapă verde) şi condimente (busuioc, rozmarin etc.).
JOI
Mic dejun: un bol de cereale integrale cu lapte semidegresat.
Gustare: o banană.
Prânz: soté de legume (mazăre, fasole păstăi, morcovi, ţelină, broccoli, porumb) cu orez fiert.
Gustare: un ceai de slăbit.
Cină: paste integrale cu o salată (roşii, castraveţi, ridichi, ceapă verde).
VINERI

DUMINICA

Gustare: un kiwi.
Prânz: legume gătite la cuptor cu peşte fiert sau preparat la grătar.
