Dieta cu capsuni. Fructele contin 90 % apa, organismal va fi hidratat mereu. Contine indeajuns de multe minerale si eleimina toxinele din corp. Consumate zilnic, vor accelera tranzitul intestinal si vor reduce senzatia de foame.
Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa consumi cat mai multe capsuni. Le poti include intre mese, iti poti incepe ziua cu un shake de capsuni cu iaurt. Regulile de baza ale dietei sunt: elimina complet zaharul, amidonul din cartofi, paste si paine, prajelile si sucurile carbogazoase.
Nu uita: tine in frau nivelul de calorii. Acesta nu trebuie sa depaseasca 1400/zi.
Dieta, pas cu pas!
Dieta cu capsuni. Prima zi:
La trezire: un pahar mare de limonada cu capsuni
Mic dejun: capsuni
Pranz: o salata mare de verdeturi cu un ou si o felie paine integrala
Gustare: un iaurt cu bucatele de capsuni
Cina: o salata de verdeturi si legume cu o felie de branza feta, cateva masline si putin ulei de masline
Gustare: capsuni
A doua zi:
La trezire: un pahar mare de limonada cu capsuni si putina miere
Mic dejun: un bol de lapte cu cereale integrale
Gustare: capsuni
Pranz: o friptura de peste sau pui si o salata verde cu rosii cherry, ceapa verde, ulei de masline sau cu o garnitura de legume fierte sau fripte
Gustare: cateva migdale
Cina: o salata verde cu linte
Gustare: un iaurt cu bucatele de capsuni
A treia zi:
La trezire: un pahar mare de limonada cu capsuni si putina miere
Mic dejun: un ou, cateva rosii cherry, o felie de branza, cateva masline, o felie paine integrala unsa cu avocado
Gustare: capsuni
Pranz: un bol mic de fasole fiarta cu putin ulei de masline si sare, o salata la alegere
Gustare: smoothie cu o banana si capsuni
Cina: o supa de broccoli cu crutoane
Gustare: capsuni
A patra zi:
La trezire: un pahar mare de limonada cu capsuni si putina miere
Mic dejun: o budinca de chia cu capsuni
Gustare: 3-4 nuci
Pranz: orez brun fiert cu ciuperci si legume, salata verde cu ridichi, rosii, spanac, o lingurita de seminte de floarea soarelui
Gustare: un iaurt cu bucatele de capsuni
Cina: fasole verde fiarta, o friptura mica de pui sau peste, o felie paine integrala
Gustare: capsuni sau 2 mere
Dieta cu capsuni. In restul de zile din cura de slabire se alterneaza meniurile din zilele de mai sus. Alte alimente permise care mai pot fi introduse sunt: mancarea de fasole verde, nautul fiert, supele de orice fel, ciupercile.
Fiind o dieta hipocalorica, dieta nu trebuie tinuta mai mult de 2 saptamani. La incheierea dietei, este bine sa incluzi treptat celelalte alimente in meniu pentru a evita ingrasarea.
