Autoritățile judiciare din Peru au condamnat-o pe Shirley Arica, 30 de ani, la 15 luni arest la domiciliu pentru încălcarea măsurilor sanitare. Femeia a fost reținută vineri, 22 mai, la o petrecere pe care a organizat-o la domiciliul ei din cartierul San Miguel din Lima, informează La Vanguardia.
Poliția ”a spart” petrecerea în jurul orei 23.00, după ce a primit un apel din partea vecinilor deranjați de gălăgia din casă.
Alături de Arica, au mai fost arestate trei persoane. Alți patru participanți au fugit pe acoperișurile din jur și nu au fost indentificați.
- Potrivit presei peruane, Shirley a fost condamnată de Curtea Superioară de Justiție din Callao din Lima la 15 luni de arest la domiciliu, cu interdicția de a părăsi locul în care stă fără autorizarea judecătorului.
Modelul va trebui să plătească o despăgubire civilă de 1.000 de soli peruani (270 de euro) și o amendă de 697 de soli (187 de euro).
I-a agresat pe polițiști și are un ”istoric bogat”
După cum a dezvăluit ”Magaly TV: The Firm”, tânăra i-a agresat pe polițiști după arestarea ei și a refuzat testele de alcoolemie și toxicologie.
Înainte de această condamnare, modelul a mai avut probleme cu justiția pentru conducerea unui automobil în stare de ebrietate și pentru agresiune într-un bar. Pentru bătaia din 2013, când a lovit o femeie într-un club din Barranquila, a fost condamnată la 40 de zile de muncă în folosul comunității.
A fost, de asemenea, suspectată într-un scandal cu o rețea de clonare a cardurilor.
